The Challenger 4030EAX is an ALI/ETL certified heavy-duty four-post alignment lift with a 30,000 lb lifting capacity, engineered for commercial fleet service, heavy-duty truck maintenance, and professional alignment work. This closed-front lift delivers a 71.75" rise height for maximum working clearance and accommodates wheelbases up to 281", handling medium and heavy-duty trucks, transit buses, RVs, and municipal fleet vehicles. It runs on 208V-230V single-phase power with a 90-120 PSI air supply.
Built on Challenger's time-proven cable-and-cylinder system with heavy-duty steel sheaves and cables, the lift delivers smooth operation with minimal maintenance. A single-point air-actuated lock release disengages all columns at once, with multiple locking positions for alignment and general service.
Designed for professional alignment, the 4030EAX is compatible with modern camera imaging alignment systems, with recessed turn plate pockets and available recessed heavy-duty steel turnplates. Adjustable lock ladders suit uneven floors, and a built-in runway rail system accepts optional rolling jacks and oil drain pans.
