The Challenger 4030EFX is an ALI/ETL certified heavy-duty four-post lift with a 30,000 lb lifting capacity, engineered for professional shops servicing trucks, buses, RVs, and commercial fleet vehicles. The closed-front design delivers a 71.75" rise height for maximum under-vehicle clearance and accommodates wheelbases up to 281" with a 344" overall length, suiting extended-cab trucks, motorhomes, and large commercial vehicles. It runs on a 3HP single-phase motor (208V-230V) and requires only a 90-120 PSI air supply.
Built on Challenger's time-proven cable-and-cylinder system with heavy-duty steel sheaves and aircraft-quality cables, the lift delivers smooth, synchronized operation across all four columns with minimal maintenance. A single-point air-actuated lock release disengages all columns simultaneously for faster cycle times.
The 92.25" columns and 8.5" runway height provide exceptional headroom. The lift is compatible with modern camera imaging alignment systems, with available recessed steel turnplates, adjustable lock ladders for uneven floors, a built-in runway rail system for optional accessories, and diamond-plate non-skid louvered approach ramps.
