The Challenger 4030SAX is an ALI/ETL certified heavy-duty four-post alignment lift with a 30,000 lb lifting capacity, engineered for high-volume commercial shops servicing trucks, buses, and fleet vehicles. This standard-length, alignment-ready configuration delivers a 71.75" rise height for maximum undercarriage clearance and accommodates wheelbases up to 244.5", with an overall footprint of 308" x 172.75". It handles medium and heavy-duty trucks, transit and school buses, RVs, and agricultural vehicles. Powered by a 3HP, 208-230V single-phase motor.
Built on Challenger's time-proven cable-and-cylinder system with large steel sheaves, the lift delivers smooth, reliable operation with minimal maintenance. A single-point air-actuated lock release (90-120 PSI) disengages all columns simultaneously.
Purpose-built for alignment, the 4030SAX features recessed turnplate pockets and compatibility with modern camera imaging alignment systems, with available recessed heavy-duty steel turnplates. Adjustable lock ladders suit uneven floors, a built-in runway rail system accepts optional rolling jacks and oil drain pans, and diamond-plate non-skid louvered approach ramps provide traction.
