Challenger 4030XAX Four Post Alignment Lift 30000 lb
The Challenger 4030XAX is an ALI/ETL certified heavy-duty four post alignment lift engineered for commercial fleet service, truck shops, and high-volume repair facilities. With a 30,000 lb lifting capacity and an extra-long 380" overall length accommodating wheelbases up to 317", this closed-front lift handles everything from full-size trucks to heavy-duty commercial vehicles, Class A motorhomes, and government fleet equipment. It delivers 71.75" of rise height for maximum working clearance, with a 92.25" column height and 8.5" runway height. Power requires a 3HP, 208v-230v single-phase supply.
The time-proven cable-and-cylinder design uses heavy-duty steel sheaves and cables for smooth, low-maintenance lifting. A single-point air actuated lock release disengages all column locks simultaneously, with multiple locking positions and adjustable lock ladders for uneven floors.
The closed front configuration with recessed turnplate pockets supports accurate alignment and is compatible with the latest camera imaging alignment systems. An integrated runway rail system accepts rolling jacks and sliding oil drain pans (sold separately). Diamond-plate non-skid louvered approach ramps add traction.
