Katool 220V Four Post Lift Pump
The Katool 220V Four Post Lift Pump is a hydraulic power unit configured for 220V single-phase operation, designed as a direct replacement for the KT-4H850 and KT-4H110 four-post vehicle lift models. The pump provides the hydraulic pressure required to drive the four-cylinder synchronized lifting system on these configurations.
Compatibility is limited to the specified Katool four-post lift models. The unit is not designed for two-post lifts, scissor lifts, or parking lifts, which use different hydraulic pressure ratings, cylinder configurations, and electrical specifications. Installation involves mounting the new pump in place of the existing unit and connecting the hydraulic hose lines, reservoir, and 220V single-phase electrical supply.
Standard application is field-replacement of failed pumps on installed lifts, eliminating full system replacement when the hydraulic power unit fails. Replacement should be performed by qualified service personnel.
