The Katool AK-N80 is a tire nitrogen generator producing adjustable-purity nitrogen between 95 and 99.5 percent, configured for inflation of car and van tires. The unit runs on AC 110V at 60 Hz with 30W consumption, accepts input pressure up to 10 bar (1 MPa), and delivers regulated output below 8 bar (0.8 MPa) to a 70 L storage tank.

Pressure measurement runs from 5 to 145 psi (0.3 to 10 bar) with ±1 psi (0.07 bar) precision via a chip-controlled sensor and LED display. The system automatically vacuum-purges and refills first-time inflations to ensure nitrogen purity inside the tire, and includes a dedicated mode for handling 0 psi (flat) tires.

Once connected to the valve, the AK-N80 inflates to a preset pressure target without manual monitoring. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C. The unit is configured for tire service shops, auto repair facilities, and dealerships offering nitrogen tire service.
