Katool KT-308 Truck & Car Mobile Tire Changer
The Katool KT-308 Truck & Car Mobile Tire Changer is a heavy-duty hydraulic tire changing system designed for on-site service of commercial, truck, agricultural, off-road, and industrial wheels. It supports field-based mounting and demounting tasks where large wheel assemblies are serviced outside a fixed shop environment, including fleet yards, roadside service areas, construction sites, and agricultural operations.
This machine uses a high-pressure hydraulic system rated at 130 bar (1,885 psi) and provides up to 2,500 kg (5,512 lbs) of clamping force for secure handling of heavy wheels. It supports wheels up to 750 kg (1,653 lbs), with compatibility for wheel diameters up to 54.3" and widths up to 27.6".
The KT-308 includes a 1.5 kW rotational drive motor with bi-directional 7 rpm rotation for controlled tire handling. A 24V low-voltage control system supports safer operation, while reinforced steel construction and a portable industrial footprint provide stability for demanding field and fleet tire service applications.
