Katool KT-AC2100 Fully Automatic AC Recovery Machine
The Katool KT-AC2100 is a fully automatic AC recovery, recycle, and recharge machine compatible with R1234YF and R134A refrigerants. Running on 110V AC at 60 Hz, the unit achieves at least 95% recovery in under 30 minutes at 70 to 75°F, with a recovery rate of 39.7 lbs/h and a charge rate of 2.2 lbs/min. Charge accuracy is ±0.5 oz, and maximum pressure is 18 bar.
Internal components include a 1/3 hp hermetically sealed, thermal-protected compressor, a dual-stage 3.6 CFM (120 L/min) vacuum pump, a 0.5 cubic foot (14.3 L) refrigerant tank, and a 250 mL oil bottle. The 9.8 ft service hoses comply with SAE J2788. Gas and oil load cell accuracy is rated at 0.04 oz per 66 lbs.
Operation is managed through a 7-inch HQ touchscreen with SD database support, integrated printer, automatic vacuum test, and condenser fan. Operating temperature range is 41 to 122°F.
